THE SOCIETY respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is used when you visit our site, place an order, contact us or join Access.

Information you provide

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process it, including your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, and phone number if provided. Order records include the items purchased, order total and payment status.

We use this information to process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide order updates, and handle returns or support requests. Delivery details are provided to the shipping services handling your order.

If you contact us, we receive your contact details and the information you include in your message. We use it to respond and help with your request.

Our website and payments

Squarespace hosts our website and provides the ecommerce tools used to manage orders. Payment information is processed through the payment services available at checkout.

These services process information needed to operate the store and complete transactions. Please do not send payment card details by email.

Access and marketing email

When you join Access, your email address and signup consent are recorded in our THE SOCIETY ACCESS subscriber list within Squarespace.

We use Squarespace Email Campaigns to send our welcome email and marketing updates about new releases, future objects, quiet brand updates, private or early announcements, and what comes next.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our marketing emails. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop messages needed to handle an order or a request you have made.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support site functions and remember your choices. Optional analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site.

We use Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources and site activity. Squarespace also provides reports on orders and form activity.

The cookie banner offers Accept all, Decline all and Manage cookies. You can revisit your choices through Cookie Preferences at the bottom of the site. Declining optional cookies prevents analytics cookies from being set, while cookies needed for essential site functions remain available.

When analytics consent is declined, Google's consent mode may still send consent information and basic measurements without using analytics cookies. Declining does not prevent every request to Google. Previously stored cookies may remain in your browser; you can remove them through your browser settings.

Website activity and logs

Squarespace hosting and activity logs process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, pages requested, referring pages and visit times. This information supports website operation and helps us understand traffic and investigate technical issues. Cookie choices do not disable every form of operational logging.

Services that process information

Information is processed by the services used to run THE SOCIETY, including Squarespace for hosting, ecommerce, subscriber storage and email campaigns; Google for analytics; and payment and shipping services for transactions and delivery. Each receives information relevant to the service it provides.
